Hospital Breastfeeding Clinics
At the hospital breastfeeding clinics, feeding assessments are provided by an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant).
Hospital clinics provide OHIP covered services to families with babies up to six weeks of age. Most of the hospital clinics require you to access services where you gave birth to your baby or where your doctor or midwife has privileges, even if that is outside of Halton.
