June 30, 2022 GM Recording and Meeting Minutes
We gathered for our last GM for the summer. We reviewed community updates and HBFI news. Most importantly, we hosted Taylor Henderson, who presented our Hot Topic: The Practice of Inclusion. Taylor is the current Chapter Lead for PFlag Halton, previously the Volunteer Coordinator for Halton Breastfeeding Connection from 2015-2019. She shared her personal stories and life experiences as they pertain to pregnancy, birth, nursing, PFlag Halton and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. This Hot Topic is a don’t miss opportunity. Watch our website for our next GM which will be held on Zoom, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in September 2022, exact date to be determined.
