The breastfeeding journey can be challenging. Learning the art of breastfeeding can take time and does not always happen overnight. Each parent and child’s breastfeeding journey is unique, but there are initiatives, such as Halton BFI and BFI Ontario that exist to help along the way.
No matter what state of the breastfeeding journey you are at, know that there are supports and resources available to you.
